Every child has the right to a high-quality Computing education to further develop their knowledge of computer technology in an ever-changing world.

Our computing curriculum focuses on the progression and development of skills in digital literacy, computer science and information technology to ensure our children become competent in safely using, as well as understanding, technology.

E-safety is of paramount importance and it is taught explicitly and discreetly to ensure the safety and well-being of our children. Children are taught to use technology safely, respectfully and responsibly; keep their personal details private; recognise acceptable/unacceptable behaviour; identify a range of ways to report concerns.

In our weekly newsletter, we share with parents information about the latest apps / websites that children are using that are often not suitable for children of primary school age. We hope that, as a community, we can educate our pupils and keep them safe online.
