Our mission is:

To create the best opportunities, experiences and learning environment for all involved in The Grove Academy.

Our aims are to:

1. Develop education and lifelong learning: prepare our learners for their future through enhanced learning, where every child is valued and achieves to the best of their ability

2. Work in partnership: consider all stakeholders of the Academy and work together as one

3. Care for the environment: put the environment at the heart of everything we do. Within the learning environment learners are excited, challenged and willing to take risks

4. Quality of life: enhance the quality of life of our learners and the entire local community, moulding caring and responsible individuals

5. Put people first: understand and treat every child as an individual person knowing they are unique.
